William Leavitt is a painter, theater artist and musician. He has exhibited and performed works in Los Angeles and elsewhere since 1970. His most recent theater piece, The Radio, was produced at Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions in the Summer of 2002. As a cellist he has performed with several local groups, including Solid Eye, the Subtones and Provisional Riviera.
